Wise, originally known as Transfer Wise, is a financial technology company that specializes in international payments and multi-currency accounts for individual and business customers. In essence, it is an online account where you can send money internationally or get paid in other currencies.
How does Wise work?
When you want to send money abroad, you actually pay with your local currency into Wise’s local account. Then the Wise account in the overseas country you want to send money to will send local currency to the recipient. The money you pay never actually crosses borders. You can also send a payment directly to our bank account. A bank transfer (or wire transfer) is a payment method that allows you to transfer money between bank accounts around the world.
Payments settled after the cancelation of the order:
If an order was placed and the payment was sent after the 7 days of the order's expiration, the only available option is for the customer to get a refund as Wonder Skin 21 points. Those points can be used in the next order placed on the website. Notice that, in this case, a bank transfer refund is unavailable.
Partial payments:
For orders submitted through the website, partial payments are not allowed. Wonder Skin 21 does not accept any partial payments that are less than the full amount due. Therefore, orders will not be sent until the full payment is received.
Payment mistake for one order:
We kindly ask for your patience at the moment that you are processing the payment. The payment screen takes a certain time to complete the transaction, however, if the screen is refreshed too soon or any technical fault comes in between. It might also be quite possible that the order or payment could be placed twice. (This is not possible anymore because we do not have TazaPay right now)
