Refunds, returns and/or exchange requests are only possible if legitimate proof is provided. Video and/or pictures are required in order to process the requests. No exceptions.

Returns:

Returns are subject to Wonder Skin 21 Refunds Policy. Refund intents must be indicated within 30 days of receiving your product. Any refund request done after the stated period will be denied. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you originally received it. It must also be unsealed in the original packaging. To complete your return, it is imperative that you send us a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the purchased product back to the manufacturer, as this will.

Refunds:

A refund request should be made within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, a refund or exchange is not available. Once the returned product is received, an email will be sent to you as a confirmation of arrival. After the respective inspection, another email will be sent to you with the notification of your refund request's approval or rejection. If the application is approved, the refund will be made through a wire transfer. Please, note that the completion of this transaction might take a few days.

Refund due to a package seized in customs. The refund can be processed with the exception of the shipping fee.

Once we receive the notification from the courier service that the parcel has been seized by customs. It can take several business days until the package is returned to the sender. The refund will be processed once, and only if the package is returned to Wonder Skin 21. Please be aware that this process can take up to 2-3 weeks.

Refund processed through bank deposit (Payment completed through TransferWise) As Transfer Wise is not available for sending remittances in South Korea a direct bank transfer will be executed to refund the customer's payment. However, notice that in this case 15% of the amount will be deducted from the original amount due to commissions and exchange rates.

Late or missing refunds:

If the refund has been received yet, first check your bank account again; then, contact your credit card company, there may be a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@wonderskin21.com.

Sale items:

Only regular-priced items are subject to a refund. Unfortunately, sale items or products purchased during the sale period cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wonderskin21.com and send your item to Wonder Skin 21.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail the product to Wonder Skin 21. The customer will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on the residence place, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Wonder Skin 21 Limited Warranty:

This warranty only applies to the next electronic Devices purchased on Wonder Skin 21 Shop: Plamer Pen, Leaf Fusion Plasma, Plamon Pen, Smart Nubia HIFU. The warranty service may get delayed depending on the delivery service available in your country.

The terms and conditions are as follows:

-The warranty applies to the main product, internal battery, and accessories. Pins, cartridges, and needles are not covered by the warranty.

-Warranty period: 3 months. It activates on the date of the delivery

-The repair or replacement of your device under warranty will not extend the period of the warranty.

-If something happens within the Warranty Period, the device must be sent back to fix the problem, and this happens after only the manufacturer confirms the problem. (Device cannot be refunded or exchanged for a new one)

-Please be noted that the delivery service during the warranty period is free only in case the manufacturer confirms the malfunction of the device. In other cases, the customer service for devices includes a fee.

Repair process in case of warranty:

1. Provide us with a video (through Wonder Skin 21's e-mail) showing the malfunction of the device.

2. After the manufacturer confirms that the warranty applies, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the product to us (FedEx label)

3. Device must be sent to us

4. After repairing we will resend the device back to you *The repair process takes 2-3 weeks.

Cases not covered by the Warranty:

-If the device has been reworked, disassembled, or repaired without authorization.

-Accidental user damage, such as parts oxidation, drop-related damage, improper voltage input, excessive pressure, or deformation.

-Removal of blockages.

-Damage caused by the infiltration of foreign objects/materials (liquids, corrosion, insects, etc.).

-Damage caused by improper installation, usage, maintenance, and/or storage, such as the use of third-party accessories non-compatible with the product.

-If the device is different from the product model specified in the purchasing invoice.

-If the product serial number has been removed, damaged, or made illegible.

-The warranty applies to the products supplied originally by Wonder Skin 21

-Failures caused by circumstances out of Wonder Skin 21’s control.

->Faults caused by:

-Negligent use, misuse, neglect, or careless operation of the device.

-Use of the device for anything other than the original purposes.

-Use of parts not assembled or installed following the instructions of the device.

-Use of parts and accessories which are not genuine components.

-Faulty assembly or use method.
