However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for [a full or partial refund/store credit and/or exchange]. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new and undamaged condition, with all original seals & stickers.
In order to start processing your return request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
All discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must have their seals still on and be returned in their original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of damage.
Once your returned product has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that it will be inspected. After inspection, Wonder Skin 21 will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and the money you paid (except the shipping fee) will be wired to the bank account of your preference, within a certain amount of days. Notice that it can not be a Credit Union Bank.
If we have sent you a refund confirmation but your refund does not appear on your bank account. Please, kindly check first with your bank, as it may take some time before your refund fully shows in your account. The processing time is often the cause of delay in the completion of your refund. If more than 10 business days have passed, you also contacted your bank but you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support info@wonderskin21.com
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not subject to refunds or returns.
Wonder Skin 21 can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In case you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support info@wonderskin21.com
The shipping costs for returning the item will be completely at the expense of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach your address might vary.
