We always try to minimize any stock discrepancy on our website. However, there may be instances out of our control, therefore in those cases, we will proceed with the available products.
The customer will be contacted and given the choice to select among a few options in order to proceed with the order.
These options can include the change to another product of a similar price, the storage of the product as credit for future purchases on the website, and more.
The credits can be used in a future order placed on the website. Notice that in the case that the product is purchased during sales, a partial refund is unavailable.
Shipping Fee
The standard delivery fee is 38 USD. Free shipping is provided for orders of 333 USD or above. In the case there is a special request related to the delivery method, the shipping cost will be calculated and added to the payment invoice based on the weight, dimensions, and/or destination of the items in the order.
Any extra payment fee will be collected before the dispatch of the order.
International Transit time
Orders shipped internationally are commonly in transit for 3 – 21 days. This greatly depends on the shipping destination and courier service (FedEx, EMS, etc.)
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days, after the payment confirmation of the order. Our warehouse operates business hours from Monday to Friday on Korean Standard time, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take measures to minimize any shipment delays.
Delay in Delivery Out of Wonder Skin 21’s Control
Seller will not be liable for any delay in delivery performance due to causes beyond Seller’s control including, but not limited to, embargoes, blockages, delays, or refusals to grant export or import licenses or the suspension or revocation thereof, or any other acts or omissions of government, fires, floods, severe weather, quarantines, labor strikes, riots, insurrection, acts of criminals or terrorists, war, material, shortages or delays in delivery by third parties. In the event of such delay, the delivery date shall be extended for a period of time as may be reasonably necessary to compensate for such delay. Seller will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business, or other incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of any delay. Customer agrees that, for any liability arising out of delay, Seller is not liable or responsible for any amount of damage above the aggregate dollar amount paid by Customer for the purchase of the parts under this agreement.
Delivery Address Change
For any request on changes in the delivery address, we are able to change the address at any time, as long as the order has not been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped out, please contact the delivery carrier directly. In the case of a change of delivery address, once the package has been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for any extra charges.
P.O. Box Shipping
We are unable to offer courier services to P.O. box addresses.
Delivery Time Exceeded
The customer can contact us if the delivery time has exceeded the estimated delivery time. In this case, we will request an investigation from the courier service.
Notice that the result of said investigation might not always have a positive outcome.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is already included in the price of the goods.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival at the destination country. This highly depends on each country, and Wonder Skin 21 vastly encourages the customer to be aware of these potential extra costs before placing an order with us.
In the case of refusal to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at the customer's destination country, the goods will be returned to Wonder Skin 21 at the customer's expense. Therefore, the cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded, and only the value of the goods paid will be refunded to the customer.
Special Case: United Kindom
The minimum order amount for the United Kindom is 135gbp (around 160 USD).
Orders purchased less than this amount will be processed, however, for the shipping label, 135GBP will be declared. This information is stated also before checking out of the order. Be aware that if you proceed with the checkout and complete the payment you are accepting these conditions.
We accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
During sales, due to the high influx of emails, cancellations may be restricted.
The sales period will be operated according to KST (Korean Standard Time, UTC+09:00) unless otherwise indicated.
Sales codes will only be available during the specified time at the beginning of each promotional period.
The time can be verified on the clock located in the upper right corner of the website.

Please notice that during the sales periods, any special requests or changes to orders will be strictly limited.
Emails sent during weekends are bound to be replied to on Mondays.
During the sales period, coupons do not apply to the products of the section "Spend less, get more" and to the already discounted products.
Wonder Skin 21 does not allow the simultaneous use of two or more discount coupons.
Refunds and returns are not applicable to products purchased during the sales period.
Due to the high amount of orders we receive during sales, the estimated time of the order completion might differ from the regular time (2-3 business days). During sales, orders will be processed within 3-5 business days according to each product's stock.
Orders that are placed before the sale period.
Every order's total amount remains the same as it was at the time of placing the order.
The value of the placed order will not be modified, nor the discount can be applied. Notice that placing your order and waiting for a sale to occur will not have any effect on the total value.
In the case the customer wants to use the sales discount, a new order must be submitted.
All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier. If you have a damaged or lost package, you can contact the courier service, or send us an email at info@wonderskin21.com.
In the case a parcel gets damaged during transit, we will process a refund or send a replacement as soon as the customer's claim investigation has been fully completed by the courier and deemed the parcel as lost.
It is immensely important that you are aware that our products are meant to be administered by trained technicians/professionals.
Wonder Skin 21 is not responsible for any side effects such as allergic reactions, etc. that may arise due to the lack of proper knowledge or malpractice at the time of administering the products by yourself.
We will not refund/compensate for products that have been wasted or misused. At the moment you purchase from us, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these statements
The images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Despite our efforts to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer fully displays the actual color of the products with 100% accuracy. Purchased products may slightly vary from images on our website, meaning that the packaging of the products might be marginally different from that shown in images on our website.
If any part of the Conditions is declared unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed deleted from the Conditions and the remaining provisions of the Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
